Yearn Refund Policy

As the Yearn operates as a non-profit church, we do our best to make our gatherings magical. Confirmed headcount plays a large role in our preparations for production, Food & Beverage, programming, and more.

Please find our Yearn Refund Policy below:

• If you cancel 50+ days prior to the event, we will convert 100% of the price you paid for your ticket into a future event credit.

• If you cancel 45+ days prior to the event, we will convert 75% of the price you paid for your ticket into a future event credit.

• If you cancel 30-45 days prior to the event, we will convert 50% of the price you paid for your ticket into a future event credit.

• If you cancel 10-29 days prior to the event, we will convert 25% of the price you paid for your ticket into a future event credit.If you cancel 30-59 days prior to the event, we will 

• If you cancel less than 10 days prior to the event, we will not be able to provide you with any future event credit and your ticket will be forfeited.
